Kristina Angelgate – If we humans were only aware of the mischief our thoughts create, we would monitor what we think and say, every minute of our lives.
As a spiritual being, made in the image and likeness of the Creator, you do have dominion over your world by changing the ideas you are holding mentally and emotionally. This process is called self-affirmations. Self-affirmations are positive statements or self-scripts that can condition the subconscious mind so that you can develop a more positive perception of yourself.
Affirmations are positive thoughts or statements on a desired state or outcome. The desired state or outcome can cover any aspect of your life such as abundance, success, relationships or health. One common example of an affirmation is: I consistently & easily make $X amount of dollars per month”
Using affirmations is powerful because consistent thoughts can become realities. Hence, the more often you reinforce the positive, the more it is likely to happen.
While you would believe that you are a positive person, in reality, it is more like the opposite. On a subconscious level, you may have several negative self sabotaging thoughts and beliefs. These thoughts are usually formed from various experiences that you have had in your life. Consistent thoughts make up your belief system when you give them power and focus.
Affirmations help us reach new levels of happiness. To speak the words aloud or silently and being sure to be mindful of the meaning and the feeling that it has already happened, then it will happen! It is suggested that an affirmation is to be said and/or written at least 3 times a day, for 21 days, so that the body and mind “BELIEVE” it has already has happened.
In this 2 hour class, Kristina will work in creating with you affirmations to suit individual needs. The class will also learn “The Seven Steps On How to Use Affirmations Effectively” and learn how to use “The Seven Guidelines to Help Positive Daily Affirmations Become a Success”.
Kristina has studied and has written her own handbook of affirmations that have proven to really work! She will be quoting and implementing the works of famous writers that include: Dr. Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Catherine Ponder and Florence Scovil Shinn.
